Is there any watermark on videos?: There's no watermark on videos if you subscribe to any paid plan. There's currently no free plan, but we plan to add one in the future with limited exporting minutes and watermarked videos.
What if I exceed the limits?: You can wait for the next month cycle, purchase additional one-time credits, or in case you have the lifetime membership, you can get an additional upgrade stack to increase your monthly quota.
Can I cancel anytime?: You can cancel anytime, after you subscribe to a plan. You are only committed to pay the month you subscribed to, and no further. Your purchase is protected for 14-days if you use monthly membership, or for 90 days if you choose Lifetime Deal or annual membership.
Do you have an affiliate program?: Yes! Affiliate program is open for lifetime users, but we can approve other users as well. If you’re interested, please fill out this short form and you will be notified in case we approve your account. Affiliate terms apply.
Is VAT included in plan prices?: No, VAT is not included in our plan prices. As most ContentFries customers are businesses, they do not owe VAT and thus we charge the advertised flat price.

VAT is still due for consumers and may be applied on all plan prices.

If you are an EU business, make sure you enter your EU VAT number to prove your business status and thus remove VAT from the price. If you are located outside the EU, we won't charge any VAT, regardless of your business or consumer status.
What is your refund policy?: Your purchase is backed up by a no-questions-asked guarantee.

If you're not happy with ContentFries, you can ask for a refund. We offer a 14-days guarantee on the last monthly membership payment and a 90-days guarantee on annual and lifetime membership.

Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?: Your account will be downgraded to the free plan after the end of your billing cycle.

If you exceed the storage quota after downgrading, all the oldest data will be deleted after the 30-days window.

Any video created before the subscription ends can be exported as usual.
